February 20, 2002, Huntsville, Alabama: Digital Graphiti, Inc., a custom software development company based in Huntsville, Alabama, announced today that the company has recently been awarded a contract from the Huntsville/Madison County Convention & Visitors Bureau to develop an Online Itinerary Builder software system to be integrated into the HMCCVB website.

As part of the project Digital Graphiti will also redesign and deploy a new version of the HMCCVB website that offers greater visitor interactivity and lead generation potential for the Bureau.

"The Online Itinerary Builder software system we are developing for HMCCVB will be state-of-the-art for the tourism industry," stated Tim Knox, Digital Graphiti President and CEO.

"The companion website will driven by a powerful database system that will allow visitors to search for information about area hotels, B&B's, and campgrounds; special, civic and sporting events; and attractions like Early Works, historic downtown, and the U.S. Space & Rocket Center. The visitor can then create an electronic itinerary that can be printed or submitted to the Bureau for further action."

The new HMCCVB website is scheduled to be online in May, 2002.
