As a result, they were experiencing constant problems because the outdated, manual system did not offer safeguards against issuing duplicate serial numbers, and it was taking more and more time to keep the manual system working effectively as the company grew.

The Solution:
Digital Graphiti created a part number/serial number generation system that completely solved the problem and increased efficiency many times over. The system was developed as an internal, web-based application that automatically generated part numbers and serial numbers without duplicating entries.

The Result:
The automated system has increased efficiency, reduced labor hours, and completely eliminated the problem with duplicate numbers.
