The Huntsville Hospital Wellness Center is a modern exercise and rehabilitation complex associated with Huntsville Hospital. The Wellness Center offers a variety of services to the public, including: massage therapy, workout facilities, an indoor pool, and more.
The Problem:
While the Wellness Center offered a robust menu of services to walk-in clients, it had not found a way to take advantage of its website to bring in customers and increase revenue. The center needed a way to market its onsite services effectively to the online customer.
The Solution: Online Gift Certificate Ordering System
Digital Graphiti developed a web-based system that allows the Wellness Center to sell denominational gift certificates on their website. The website user can select a denomination and enter the recipient's name, then the system generates a gift certificate that can be printed and redeemed at the Wellness Center for services. The system generates a uniquely-numbered gift certificate each time, which is redeemed via a SQL server backend system to prevent fraud. The system also includes a robust management tool that allows Wellness Center administrators to redeem and unredeem gift certificates, manage the user database, run sales and customer reports, and more.
The Result:
Wellness Center customers can now enjoy the convenience of ordering online Gift Certificates for family and friends without having to visit the Wellness Center facility. The Wellness Center will also recognize a completely new source of revenue generated automatically by the website.
