Computer Systems Technology, Inc., provides integrated information technology and decision support services to government and commercial business clients.
The Problem:
As a rapidly growing company, CST needed to improve their online recruiting process. With over 700 employees and constant requirements for new personnel, the company also needed an efficient way to manage incoming applicant data.
The Solution:
Digital Graphiti implemented the B2Secure Hiring Management System on the CST website. Designed, developed and maintained by Digital Graphiti, the B2Secure system's patent-pending software has many parts, any of which could be considered its own application.

- Online Screening Interview Module - This patent-pending module administers an online multiple choice screening interview. The user is asked questions via series of browser windows. The user clicks to answer. The user has 12 seconds to answer before the system automatically moves to the next question. The system generates a report from the data entered and identifies possible areas of concern to the employer. The screening interview program has been proven to reveal drug and alcohol abuse, violent tendencies, past behavior problems, theft participation and tolerance, and more.
- Job Posting Module - This module has a number of inter-related subparts. Functionality includes the posting of jobs to an internet website, collection of electronic job applications and resumes, and management of applicant data (electronic job applications and resumes).
- Skills Test/Survey Module - This module allows the company to create multiple choice or true/false surveys that can be used to test an applicant's knowledge or to perform general survey sessions.
- EEO Manager Module - This module allows the employer to collect voluntary EEO data from the applicant as they are going through the online application process or input the data manually from current paper records. This module also allows for instant generation of EEO reports for government filing, saving the employer hours of labor and associated costs.
- Tracking Manager Module - This module allows the hiring and HR managers to collaborate and share information on each hiring candidate. They can request interviews, send resumes to one another, and post notes about an end user.
